How does an employee request access to Banner?
The employee must contact their supervisor to request access to Banner. The supervisor will complete the "Banner Role Class Authorization Form" which should include all the appropriate classes selected. Please send the form as an email attachment to IT.Access@volstate.edu. The form will then be reviewed and sent to the appropriate departments for approval. Once the approvals are complete, the request will be processed. The employee and their supervisor will be notified once the account is active.
