Dental Assistant Program

The Dental Assistant Program prepares students for entry-level positions in dental facilities.

Coursework

The fully accredited program provides courses in radiography, office management, dental materials and other necessary courses for state registry in intra-oral functions.

The technical certificate option is a one-year, three-semester program. If the student wishes to pursue a two-year degree they can take the Associate of Applied Science - Allied Health option.

Placement testing is necessary and preparation is available for Volunteer State students through NewSkills.
